In the end, there were pain au chocolat instead of a cake...
there were good food and conversation instead of games...
there were lots of presents and lots of thank-you notes to write...
there was a garland all the way from the Netherlands...
and lots of Alewives Fabrics present in various ways, shapes and forms...
It was my perfect wedding shower and I will never ever forget it.
Thanks to everyone who was there and there in spirit, and especially thanks to my M.O.H. Kristine... everyone should have a fierce friend like her in their arsenal.
